Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of todopr.net and related services ("todoPR", the "Service"), operated by Alquimia Tech. They are meant to fit the service as it exists today: a Puerto Rico cultural discovery product with optional accounts, producer submissions, moderation, and outbound links to third-party venues and ticketing services. By using todoPR, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit personal information through the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account or submitting content, you represent that you can lawfully do so.
Using the service
todoPR is provided for lawful use in discovering, organizing, and, where applicable, submitting cultural events in Puerto Rico. You agree not to scrape the catalog at scale, copy or redistribute the service in bulk, submit false or misleading information, interfere with security features, attempt to access other users' accounts, upload unlawful or infringing material, or otherwise disrupt the Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure, because sign-in uses magic links sent to that email address. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it reasonably up to date, and notify us if you believe your account has been used without authorization. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.
Producer submissions
If you submit events as a producer, you confirm that you have the right to provide the content and materials you submit, including descriptions, images, flyers, schedules, prices, venue details, and related copy, and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, translate, adapt, and publish that content for purposes of operating and promoting the Service. Producer submissions enter moderation and may be edited for clarity, categorized, translated, delayed, declined, withdrawn, or removed at our discretion. Events of a religious or partisan political nature will not be published, nor will events that promote, or appear to promote, discrimination based on age, race, color, sex, social or national origin, social condition, political affiliation, political or religious beliefs, or status as a victim or perceived victim of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking. The decision to publish any event is at the sole discretion of todoPR's administrators. Submitting an event for todoPR's consideration in no way guarantees, nor should create the expectation of a guarantee, that the event will be published, or that publication will be timely. Any entity or person who submits an event for publication grants todoPR the full right to change, edit, correct, or alter the details of each event as they see fit, including but not limited to title, date, time, venue, or promotional imagery.
Third-party services, tickets, and links
The Service may link to third-party venues, ticketing providers, maps, and other services, and may display event information sourced from public listings or third-party data providers. todoPR is not the seller of third-party tickets, is not a party to those transactions, and is not responsible for third-party availability, fulfillment, refunds, venue policies, or external site content. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
The Service's software, design, branding, editorial presentation, and original compilation and curation of content are owned by Alquimia Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Event names, posters, images, venue materials, and other third-party or producer-submitted materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not give you permission to use our branding or to copy the Service beyond ordinary personal use.
Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe material on todoPR infringes your copyright or other rights, email info@todopr.net with the URL, a description of the work, your contact information, and an explanation of your claim. We review complaints in good faith and may remove or disable material while we investigate.
Disclaimers
todoPR is an informational discovery service. Event dates, prices, availability, venue details, translations, classifications, nearby recommendations, and other content may change or contain errors because they depend on public sources, producer submissions, moderator edits, and third-party providers. Always confirm important details with the venue or ticketing provider before traveling, purchasing, or relying on a listing. The Service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time, and it is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alquimia Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
