Community lunch in a "farm to table" style in the historic hallways of the Faculty of Humanities. The concept is to set up a long table where around 600 people can sit together to share locally harvested food, engage in conversation, and slow down the pace. We have the participation of iconic chefs such as Natalia Vallejo, Carlos Portela, Hugo Varona, Mercedes Grubb, Kelly Pirro, Giovanna Huyke, Luz Ferreira, Wanda Pantojas, and Pedro Álvarez, who represent our national cuisine and advocate for the importance of agricultural production in our country. The goal is to raise funds to offer 14 student scholarships, one for each department of Humanities and Nutrition and Dietetics.
